Resident service plans are created and reviewed on a regular basis with the involvement of each resident, family members, and key staff members to ensure the appropriateness of the direction, scope, and degree of the services being provided.

All Assisted Living services are planned with the understanding that residents’ individual needs change over time. In planning and providing services, we always consider the unique interests, attributes, abilities, and overall health status of each resident. Residents are always encouraged to perform as many of their activities of daily living as they are able.

Assisted Living services are supervised by a licensed nurse and include medication monitoring, grooming and bathing assistance, personal laundry, and many other services.

Charges for individual personal care service plans are determined through an assessment process using a point-based scoring method. Located on the second floor of Laurel Parc is Laurel Parc’s very own licensed Assisted Living community.

Points are determined by the frequency and duration of your individual service needs, as well as the direct and indirect costs of performing the service. The assessment will reflect a point total and a total charge for services provided.
