Meet the Team

Our Executive Leadership at Laurel Parc

Jim Stacy | Executive Director

Jim joined Laurel Parc as executive director in 2024. Jim has had a lifelong passion for serving seniors and has held positions including executive director and regional director of operations. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the community, but the most important thing he brings is his love for our senior population. A turning point in Jim’s career was when his own mother became a resident in his community. Experiencing senior living from the family perspective gave Jim a new appreciation and understanding of what it takes to be exceptional. Jim has found a home at Laurel Parc, surrounded by a team of dedicated professionals who strive every day to give our seniors an exceptional lifestyle and outstanding care.

Jessica Canady | Associate Executive Director

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Jessica brings a deep commitment to serving seniors and supporting families. Her journey began as a CNA, driven by a passion for nursing and care, but life’s path led her into leadership—where she’s remained ever since. Throughout her career, she has held key roles across skilled nursing, memory care, and hospice, building a foundation of empathy, dedication, and expertise.

A proud graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Science, Jessica is also a native Pacific Northwesterner, raised in the scenic town of Hood River, OR. At Laurel Parc, she brings not only her professional experience but her genuine heart for people, helping residents feel seen, supported, and at home.

When she’s not at work, Jessica can be found outdoors—hiking, gardening, and cheering on her four kids, Tyler, Liam, Adeline, and Lincoln, at their many sports and activities.

Aleathea Perry | Sales & Marketing Director

For over six years, I have had the privilege of serving families in senior living—work that is truly close to my heart. Supporting older adults and their loved ones during such an important life transition is more than a profession for me; it is a calling rooted in compassion, empathy, and service.I understand that the decision to move into a senior living community is deeply personal and often emotional. My approach is simple: listen first, lead with kindness, and walk alongside families every step of the way. I believe every senior deserves to feel valued, respected, and at home, and every family deserves peace of mind knowing their loved one is cared for with dignity and love. With a strong background in sales and marketing leadership, I bring both experience and heart to the work I do—building meaningful relationships, fostering community connections, and creating environments where residents can truly thrive. Seeing a resident smile, watching new friendships form, and hearing families express relief and gratitude are the moments that remind me why I do this work. Helping others isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.
