The Founders’ Club has been established to provide special recognition and benefits to the first 50 couples or individuals who reserve their home at Laurel Parc at Bethany Village.
It’s easy to become a member of the Founders Club. After you have completed the Reservation Agreement and reserved your home you may join the Founders Club and reap the benefits of membership for as long as you live at Laurel Parc. The following benefits are included:
- Receive 10% off your home interior upgrades package
- Guaranteed no increase in base monthly rent until 2011
- Receive one free day in The Vistas Assisted Living at Laurel Parc, for each month that you are a resident of Laurel Parc, up to 30 days
- Receive 50% discount off of published rates for optional services available to residents, including dining, housekeeping, personal laundry & linens, guest dining, maintenance & repair services; guest room accommodations, social events requiring paid admission, and much more.
